This competition is designed for shooters of all skill levels.
The purpose is to challenge your marksmanship, improving your accuracy and response time.
One important benefit is the immediate resolution of failures when they happen (and they will.)
Most assuredly, your shooting level will improve, a lot!
The schedule and specs for the ARAR match are:

- The competition consists of 8 stages, 4 positions, and 72 rounds fired.
- Reloads are a must in most stages.
- You can use any caliber you are comfortable with and allowed by the Club.
- Any type of sight is permitted: iron, optics no magnification, and optics with magnification.
- The targets are at distances of 100, 50, 25, and 7 yards.
- The bullseye is a 6” hexagon at all distances.
- First shot at 9:00 a.m. until finished.
- Cost to competitor is $20.00
- There is no drinking water, food, or ammo at the range.
